This policy explains how Amplin collects, uses and shares information when you visit amplin.io or submit a colocation or connectivity sourcing request.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business email address, company, role and any information you provide about a deployment. Project information may include target locations, capacity, power, timing, connectivity and commercial requirements.

How we use your information

We use information to:

• Review and qualify sourcing requests
• Contact you about your project
• Identify suitable data center and network providers
• Request, compare and negotiate provider offers
• Operate, secure and improve the Amplin service
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

How we share your information

We may share relevant contact and project information with data center and network partners to identify and source suitable capacity, request offers and support commercial negotiation. We share only the information reasonably needed for the agreed sourcing process. We may also use service providers that help us operate the website and manage business communications. Resend processes request details and contact information on our behalf so the website can deliver your submission to Amplin by email. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days. The request form also uses strictly necessary technology for security and abuse prevention. You can submit a request whether or not you accept optional advertising measurement.

Optional Google Ads measurement

With your consent, we use the Google tag to measure whether visits from our advertisements result in a successfully submitted request. Google may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page address, ad click identifiers and a conversion event. Advertising measurement cookies may be stored on your device. We do not send your form answers, name, email address or project details in the conversion event. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalised advertising as part of this setup.

We use Basic Consent Mode: the Google tag does not load, and this integration sends no measurement data to Google, unless you accept optional measurement. Google processes the measurement data under its own terms and privacy information. See Google’s privacy information for further details. Processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States.

Changing your measurement choice

Select Privacy settings in the footer of any page to accept or reject optional measurement. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not undo processing that already occurred. If the Google tag has already loaded, the page reloads after withdrawal to stop it. We also remove the Google Ads measurement cookies accessible on our domain. Accepting our service terms is separate from accepting advertising measurement.

Website security

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to perform the security check. Amplin does not use Turnstile for advertising or behavioural profiling.

International processing

Amplin operates globally. Information may be processed in countries other than your own when this is necessary to source a project or operate the service. We take reasonable steps to protect information wherever it is handled.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to manage a request, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the project and our relationship with you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your information. You may also ask us to provide a copy of your information or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
