Terms of Use

Last updated August 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of amplin.io and the sourcing services offered by Amplin. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

The Amplin service

Amplin helps customers define requirements, identify providers with suitable capacity, compare offers and negotiate commercial terms for colocation and Dedicated Internet Access.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit a request on behalf of your organisation and use the service only for legitimate business purposes. You remain responsible for reviewing technical, commercial and legal terms before accepting an offer.

Provider offers and contracts

Offers are made by independent data center and network providers. Capacity, pricing and terms may change until a contract is signed. Amplin does not guarantee that a provider will accept a project or that capacity will remain available.

Any resulting service contract is between the customer and the selected provider. After contracting, that provider is responsible for deployment coordination, account management, billing, support and ongoing service delivery.

Existing providers

Amplin may include providers with whom a customer already has a contract or commercial relationship. Inclusion does not change the customer obligations under an existing agreement.

Fees

Amplin is free for customers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Amplin may receive commissions from participating providers for sourcing qualified projects and supporting the order process.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated. It is not a binding offer, technical design, legal advice or financial advice.

Intellectual property

Amplin owns or licenses the website, brand and original content. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amplin is not responsible for provider actions, service interruptions, changes in availability or indirect losses arising from use of the website or a provider service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the request form on the Amplin website.
